So you're thinking about moving to Florida - you're sick of dealing with a Nor'easter about every other week - and you want to buy a house big enough to accommodate all the friends and relatives that you know will want to visit you.

Well, have we got a house for you.

It's right on the ocean in North Palm Beach. There's a golf course next door. Someplace called "Seminole." Sounds nice. North Palm Beach is nice - Jack Nicklaus lives there. So does Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin.

Actually, Elin Nordegren doesn't live there anymore - or won't be living there, because it's her house that's on the market. She's asking $49.5 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The WSJ article provides a fascinating window into what British TV host Robin Leach used to call the "lifestyles of the rich and famous." First, it's an "11/15" - that's 11 bedrooms and 15 full bathrooms. There are also three half-bathrooms.

Also, according to the WSJ, the house has "several rooms with retractable walls of glass doors, a roof deck, a wine cellar, a theater, two kitchens and a subterranean gym with an observation window that looks directly into an outdoor swimming pool with a water slide. ...  a cabana house with a bar, a billiards table and a summer kitchen. A separate guesthouse is configured as two apartments, each with its own living room and kitchenette. Amenities include a putting green, a fire pit and a sport court for basketball and pickleball."

Pickleball? According to the USAPA (USA Pickleball Association, and we are not making this up), pickleball is "a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong."

So there. But back to the house, which, in case you were wondering, is "about 25,878 square feet." For context, that's about half of a football field.

The house is less than four years old, after the couple was divorced in 2010, she used part of her $100 million settlement to purchase a $12 million home on this site. Which she had razed and replaced by the current structure.

So, why is she selling it? Her spokesperson told the Journal that she is downsizing.
